ok, i never knew that instant photocards can be of that high quality. not until today LOL.
i hardly ever take stickerphotos/photocards, but it's just an inevitable cultural flood in hongkong.
it all startedabout 5 years ago, when the craze of tamagochi died down, then it came meatmania and sticker photos. the earlier models have really really bad quality (prolly a cheap 11thousand CMOS censor), but today, as u can see from the right, it has to be a CCD, adn it's at least 2MP. i'm not one of those jap-fans who queue up for photomachines everyday afterschool, one reason is that i got a digital camera and an instant caera at the same time. but there are times u really wanna grab the face on a photo, on to something u can hold on., and when u dun have any camera(s) with u.
the japanese has evaluated this idea to camera-phones. and VIDEO-taking phones. u can do the same thing, add the picture frame, add yer voice, or even 30second movies to the text message. this is something far more superior thatn MMS now just available in USA and europe. first off, they're cheap, the models only cost about $2000 HKD (to get the same thing in hk, u need HK$6500), u can add pictureframes or manipulate yer pics, or send it to yer PC via email, bluetooth, Ir-DA, or USB port. now i really wonder when will i get to own one of those cool phones *hmmm*
